A good way to know how much money
you are spending on power is by regularly reading your electric
meter. It is also a method to check if we read your meter correctly.
If you notice that the reading which appears on your last electric
bill is greater than your current reading you see on your meter, or,
if you notice the opposite, then contact Customer Service.
When reading your meter, examine it for any abnormalities, such as,
broken glass/plastic cover, irregularly moving digits, etc., and
report this to Connections & Meters Department.
