The example that follows serves as
an explanation of Elmar's billing cycle.
A customer’s meter was read on June 3. This covered a billing period
of 30 days prior to June 3 for service used during that time.
The customer’s bill was delivered between June 10 and June 20. The
past-due date for payment is July 15. If payment is received on July
15, or later, a penalty fee of Afl. 2.50 will be added to the
account.
Failure to settle your account with us within the required time
frame will result in the disconnection of service. The reconnection
fee is Afl.10.00.
