Online Services
We are pleased to offer you the option to become a member, free of charge, of our online services. From your home or the office you can, 24 hours a day, 7 days a week, check the amount and due date of your current bill, access your billing and usage history and enter your meter reading. For more information click the link in the top left corner and have a bill on hand for a quicker enrollment.

Emergencies
The Troubleshooting Dept. is located at our main office in Wilhelminastraat 110, Oranjestad, and it can be reached by phone at 5821521 or you can drop in. It attends the public for emergencies (e.g. to report an outage or trouble with your service) 7 days a week, all year round, from 7.00 a.m. till midnight.

IMPORTANT
After 12 midnight, please call 5821521 only in case of serious emergencies, such as broken wires that are shooting sparks. If you suffer a power outage, make sure that it is something other than a simple blown fuse since we will not attend this kind of problem at this time. Your call will be transferred to a supervisor who will handle your report according to its urgency.
