To discontinue your service you
need to fill out a “stopping” form at one of our offices. It is
important to give an exact date for disconnection. If you wish to
end your service and reach a settlement immediately, for example,
you are traveling on the same day you want to discontinue your
service, this is possible.
All you need to do this is fill out the form at our office and give
us the reading of your meter on the day you want it removed. To end
your service and settle your account with Elmar, you need to show us
a valid ID.
