Bills can be paid cash or by check at our offices in Oranjestad, Hato, and San Nicolas from 7:30 a.m. until 11:45 a.m. and from 1:00 p.m. until 4.00 p.m., Monday through Friday, except holidays.

You also have the option to pay your electricity at W. E. B. Aruba N. V. located at Balashi 76 (telephone: 524600) while you can also pay your water bill at out offices. When paying with a check remember to write down the name of the company (either Elmar or WEB) on the check where you are doing the payment. Please bring your bill with you so the customer service agent can give you faster service.
