Emergencies

The Troubleshooting Department is located at our main office in Wilhelminastraat 110, Oranjestad, and it can be reached by phone at (297) 523-7147.

The Troubleshooting Department is available 7 days a week, all year round, from 07:00 till 00:00 (midnight). After 12 midnight, in case of emergencies such as power outage, broken wire, fire incident, the call will be forwarded to our technician on duty.

IMPORTANT

Between 12:00 (midnight) till 07:00, be aware that power outage caused by blown fuse or tripped breaker, will not be attended inmediately.
