We accept payments in Aruban Florins (AWG) and U.S. Dollars (USD), as well as local debit card transactions.

For your convenience, we provide the following payment locations
- N.V. ELMAR offices located in Oranjestad, Hato and San Nicolas (temporarily closed due to renovation).
- Government offices (hulpbestuurskantoor (HBK)); located in San Nicolas, Savaneta, Santa Cruz, Paradera and Noord.
- Commercial banks.
Requirements for paying energy and water statement(s)
- To ensure a smooth payment process, customers are kindly requested to have their most recent statement available at the time of payment.
- If your statement is unavailable, please have your account number and the amount due on hand. This applies to WEB Aruba customers only.
- Cash payments are accepted in both Aruban Florins (AWG) and U.S. Dollars (USD), using an exchange rate of 1 USD = 1.75 AWG.
- Local debit card payments are also accepted.
- N.V. ELMAR does not accept personal and commercial checks as per 23rd of April 2018.
- N.V. ELMAR does not accept credit cards.
Standing order
Benefit from our complimentary automatic bank draft program. N.V. ELMAR will automatically debit your bank account on the designated bill due date each month.
To apply, please complete the standing order application form and provide a copy of valid identification. We also kindly ask that you bring your bank statement showing your account number.

You can easily pay your energy bill from the comfort of your home or office through your local bank.
Please use the designated forms provided by your bank, as listed below:
