Payment arrangement conditions for Residential Clients
Any prior unpaid balances must be settled in full.
Payment arrangement conditions for Commercial Clients
The meter must be registered in the company's name, and a 50% down payment is required.

Important notice: Customers are eligible for one payment arrangement per year. Please be advised that if the agreed terms of the payment arrangement are not fulfilled, the agreement will be automatically cancelled. In such cases, eligibility for a new arrangement may be affected. We appreciate your understanding and cooperation.
